2024 started off as another rainy year for Acworth, perhaps a bit less so than 2023, but ended-up very dry! Thank you to all who have supported the Trust and its mission. 2024 again saw the Trust benefit from the kindness and generosity of so many people that we recorded our best fundraising year ever, surpassing 2023 which was the previous record year for donations: the Trust received over $24,000 in donations last year.
As a result of the generosity of so many, the Trust made its largest ever total grants for 2024; we awarded over $23,000. Thank you to all who have given so generously to support the Trust and the residents of the Town of Acworth. We appreciate your commitment to our ongoing work in the Acworth community.
ACCT is pleased to have supported a number of deserving local organizations and Acworth residents in 2024.
Since 2007 the Trust has funded over $182,000 in grants to local organizations and individuals, and to support Acworth students attending educational programs outside of school. We are grateful to all 145 donors and supporters of the Trust.
